Factory-controlled production with repeatable tolerances. Structure, services, finishes and fit-out are installed indoors, checked at every stage, and quality is assured at source rather than on site.

Enable
We can deliver projects turnkey. Groundworks, foundations, drainage and services, programmed to run while your modules are in production rather than after.

Deliver
Logistics, installation and commissioning. Modules leave Newhaven substantially complete and are craned into position in days. Programme risk is handled before anything reaches your site.
